Not wanting to be a bother, I am looking forward to play Illarion but my account is still on hold. It has been 2 weeks now and I am still wandering how much longer it will take. Not too long, I hope =)

No worries, though. It is only a matter of time. Until then, there is plenty of reading material that you can study up on that will help you when you first log in. Illarion is a lot of fun, but it can be difficult when you're just starting out.
There are resources such as the manuals and Trollsbane Chronicle which can be found on the homepage, the as-to-yet unfinished roleplaying guide found on a sticky at the General Forum, and, of course, moonsilver.de.
With that large database of information, you might just start out without anyone realising at all that you're new. And I'm sure Fooser will come along and post his Illarion fanpage where there is gobs of miscellaneous and completely unorganized illarion info.
