Geehrte Bürger Trolls Bane!


Ich habe nun von mehreren Seiten gehört, dass immer noch kaum Rücksicht auf die Wälder genommen und immer noch großflächig gerodet wird.

Hiermit möchte ich euch in Erinnerung rufen, dass wir alle verantwortlich für unsere Lebensräume und die Lebensräume anderer Wesen sind.
Und letztendlich schneiden wir uns nur ins eigene Fleisch, wenn weiter so rücksichtslos mit unserer Umwelt umgehen.

Wir alle brauchen das Holz um zu Leben, das ist klar. Ich verlange auch von niemanden, dass er aufhört Holz zu schlagen.
Aber es sollten trotzdem einige Dinge berücksichtigt werden.

Angefangen damit, dass man die Wälder nicht völlig abrodet.

Hier eine kleine Hilfestellung, wie man kranke Bäume erkennt, die man ohne weitere Bedenken fällen kann:

Laubbäume:

- Kranke Laubbäume haben kleinere oder weniger Blätter als gesunde.
- Ihre Baumkronen sind weniger dicht (auch am Schatten erkennbar)
- Vorzeitige Blätterverfärbung bereits im Sommer
- Sie haben meist braune, trockene, abgestorbene Blattteile
- Sie verlieren schon vorzeitig im Sommer ihre Blätter
- Absterben ganzer Äste oder Teile der Baumkrone
- Baumkronen sind struppig oder besenartig.
- Rinde sondert Flüssigkeiten ab (Schleimfluß).


Nadelbäume:

- Ihre Kronen verlichten sich durch Nadelverlust.
- Die Nadeln bleiben kleiner und kürzer.
- Die Nadeln verfärben sich gelb bis grau oder braun.
- Einzelne Äste oder ganze Kronenteile werden kahl. Der Stamm und die Hauptäste werden von außen her sichtbar. Die Krone wird durchsichtig und wirft keinen geschlossenen Schatten.
- An mehreren Stellen am Stamm tritt Harz aus (Harzfluß).
- Zweige hängen kraftlos herab
- An der Oberseite der Hauptäste stehen kleine Triebe (Angsttriebe).
- Äste wachsen wirr durcheinander.


Etwas was ich noch veranlassen möchte:
Solltet ihr den Wäldern Stellen bemerken die zu stark licht geworden sind, so wendet euch an den Halbling Jeremy oder an den Förster Fedaykin, damit sie diese Stellen wieder aufforsten.
Den entstanden Aufwand werde ich Jeremy und auch Fedaykin wenn er möchte, selber entgelten.

Des Weiteren möchte ich darum bitten, euch nochmal meine Proklamation durchzulesen welche die Gesetze über die Wälder beinhaltet.

Greetings citizens of Trolls Bane!

I’ve heard from several people and I saw it myself too that there is still nearly no consideration shown for the woods and that wide areas were totally rooted out.

Hereby I want to remind you that we all are responsible for our environment as well as for the environment other living creature.
In the end we just harm our self, if we continue handling this way with our environment.

We all need the wood to live, indeed. And I don’t expect anyone to give up chopping wood. But some things should be considered.

Start with that: not to root out a wood entirely.

Here is some guidance on how to recognize a diseased tree that can be chopped without qualms.

Broad-leaved-trees:

- diseased broad-leaved-trees have smaller and less leaves than healthy ones.
- the treetop isn’t very dense (you can easily see that at the shadow)
- premature discoloration of the leaves already in summer
- mostly brown, withered and numb parts of the leaf
- losing their leaves already in summer
- withering of whole branches or parts of the treetop
- treetops are bristly or broom-like
- the trees are secluding a fluid


Conifers:

- the treetop isn’t very dense anymore because of the loss of needle
- the needles stay short and small
- the needles turns yellow to grey or brown
- some branches or parts of the treetops become bald
- on several parts are leakages of resin
- branches are hanging feebly
- oung shoots (fearshoots) are growing on the upper side
- branches are growing mazily.


If you recognize some parts of the woods where there aren't enough trees anymore, please message Jeremy the halfling, or Fedaykin.

Me nub able read lot o writin's but me know enuff dat you want save all trees. who care bout dem stoopid trees cut dem down, ebry one. Maybe wes should care bout pigs? oh we eat da stoopid fat pigs, now we cry and say "no eat pigs no more cause dey too sumb to fight back an we gunna eat em all" dat stoopid tinkin! Who need trees anyway? dey nub do nuttin fer me cept gimme wood which me get by cuttin it down! so cut tree down!

Tree no good less it cut down to make wood, wood good, trees only good fer makin wood and more trees, you cut tree down throw da not wood out on grass den boom you got more tree, but you stupid tree huggers ferget dat yer house made outta wood from cut down tree. Where you be wit out cuttin down trees stoopid longears? you be no where so stop stoppin tree form being cut down. Me had nuff out o you.
