I'm new here... and I need.. a little help.. please

well.. i downloaded the game and stuff.. but i don't know how to make my account. so far i have gone to the "new" thingy when u start the game up and ive tried that. also i have sent emails to the account email thingy. and i dont know what to do. can any of you experienced people out there help me? please? Btw, this game looks very fun
