cursor is missing - its really gone, what do i do?

I tried to log on today and when i showed up, my cursor was missing. I can still see the red box where the cursor should be, but its not there. I had a problem when i tried to log on the time before this happened. The Client started to pop up, the screen flashed black and just kicked me back onto my desktop and the client was not minimixed, at this point the cursor was frozen so i had to restart my computer. Now as I already said, the cursor doesnt even show up when i log in. Ive restarted, shut down and restarted again, all with no luck. Does anyone have any idea on what I can do to fix this problem? And the problem is with all of my characters, and I have reinstalled the client. Im using ME if that makes any difference.

the screen going black happend to me alot but...the curser is always there sorry...
