HELP! - i really need some help

My char is stuck in the game!!
whenever i try to log in with ANY of my chars, it just shows a black screen and eventually ihave to exit. And as you can see my char is frozen in the game, and she's been there for over an hour!!! i tried restarting my computer and everything, but it just won't do anything!

Server's just offline I guess, no need to worry.

Thats not only your Problem. My char is frozen there, too. I ve tried all things i know, but it doesnt have any effect. but the server is online, not offline. I hope they find the problem.

you silly peoples dyluck is right the server is offline the next time you check it ,when ever,if you dont see your name on there like say goldmoon for instance then its back online this has happend many times before

sorry i didn't know it was the server, because it still said the server is online.
