HELP!!!!! - nothing

hello... I know you are busy but I can't log in.  I was able to this morning but I have not been able to log on.  All that happens is a black screen but when I press alt the wand shows and shift shows the crosshairs.  At first I thought the server was busy so I played something else but I STILL can't log on.  I have disconnected, re-started, shut off my comp, downloaded the client agian (after deleting) and have tried to log in with my different chars.  Can you help me?
