Lennier lässt ausrichten, dass er selbstverständlich bereit ist seinem Versprechen nachzukommen, gefundene Mängel an der SMACC-Liste mit je 5 Silber zu bezahlen.
Daher stehen Galim 10 Silber und Paul Laffling 5 Silber zu. Lennier selbst lässt sich entschuldigen dafür, dass er sich bisher nicht weiter gemeldet hat. Nach langer Reise hat er bei sich zu Hause sein Schreibzeug nicht wiedergefunden, so dass es ihm nicht möglich war, sich zu melden.
Am Besten wäre es, Galim und Paul Laffling würden versuchen Lennier aufzufinden oder ihn in der Burg der Grauen Rose eine Nachricht zu hinterlassen.

We support the town guard and stand behind the guard with our power and strength.
The town guard has the duty to serve the citizens of the town and to bring people to hold the laws of the town.
The town guard will be under the lead of the Grey Rose.

We hereby declare, that people, which are on the citizenlist of Northerot cannot be on the citizenlist of Lyrenzia at the same time.
Therefore all people, which are citizen in both systems will loose their citizenship in Lyrenzia.
Therefore will be removed in two days from this list:
Carahawen
Zerbus
If they prefer to loose instead their citizenship of Northerot, they can remain here.

Wir die Lyrenzia Foundation geben hiermit Folgendes bekannt:
1. Den Mitgliedern des Movements ist es dauerhaft und über den Beschluss der Grauen Rose und der Stadtwache hinaus verboten die Stadt Trolls Bane zu betreten.
2. Den Mitgliedern des Movements ist es verboten Bürger Lyrenzias zu sein. In diesem Zusammenhang werden alle Mitglieder des Movements, die gleichzeitig Bürger Lyrenzias sind, aus den Bürgerlisten Lyrenzias gestrichen.
Beide Beschlüsse werden mit dieser Verkündung wirksam. Ausgenommen werden diejenigen, die sich vom Movement lossagen.

The terms of registered citizens are changed as followed:
"A registered citizen has lived on the island for at least 3 months as proven by their name on the town walls."
All other conditions still exist.

Alle weiteren Bedingungen bleiben bestehen.

4. Landfriedensbruch:
Die Störung der öffentlichen Ordnung, wie es zum Beispiel das Führen von Krieg und die Ausübung von Gewalt gegen das Volk darstellen, ist mit allen zur Verfügung stehenden Mitteln zu bestrafen. Da das Strafmaß sehr hoch ausfallen kann, wird das Konzept nur bei einheitlichen Beschluß des Rates angewand. Das genaue Strafmaß wird durch eine mehrheitliche Entscheidung des Rates beschlossen.

The disturbance of the public order, for example leading of war and the practice of force against the people, is to punish with all available possibilities.
The measure of punishment can be very strict and highly, so that the concept is only used with a uniform resolution of the advice. The exact measure of punishment is decided by a resolution of the majority of the advice.
