I don't mean to sound rude, but why is it my posting was deleted? Why is it the staff refuses to assist people in their time of need? I refuse to just walk off unless I get a response from the staff, or at least tell them how they could approve their system.

I know I can roleplay, that isn't the problem. I've proved my ability to roleplay in the past - and I even was able to contact the GMs for quest support at one time. I only want to explain how the account system could be improved.
I shouldn't have to wait an entire year for a question to be answered.

Actually, the account system isn't bad. I have had two of my friends start playing this game and witrhin a day they got the e-mail for the stroy, their names were both good, then they answered the e-mail and they got an e-mail back saying they were accpeted within a day, because they wrote good stories, then their accounts were activated within 1 day, both of them. I think it is just the people that dont get accpeted that are complaining about the system.
I'm not complaining because I wasn't accepted. The fact is that I CAN get accepted. The problem is that the staff doesn't seem to want to answer my questions that I need to get an accepted account. (Name, passwords, other character requests). I understand that Arien is a bit busy at the moment with these things, but what about days ago?
Your board name is similar to another character in the spelling. His name is dhalsim. They do not need to answer your questions, because they have answered the same question elsewhere. If your name is within the name rules it will be accepted. Password 9 characters or less. You get one character, then may add more in the future. Patience.
I have no relation to the board name "Dhalsim". I made the name up so I could get some of my questions answered. I did read the FAQ and everything, but I did not find anything that reads:
Q: How do you know if your character exists?
A: You will never know. You could try to ask the GMs, but they might read your question and never answer it.
Edit: I apologize for re-posting. I only wanted to know if a character of mine existed or not. I'll simply stop visiting the forum. A moderator can lock this topic up, or delete if they want. I just wanted to why nobody would answer my question.
Goodbye

If you're trying to help something, put it on the Proposal forum. That's what this is right? Also, you're not a player right? You CAN be accepted, and you CAN roleplay, so why not GET accepted so your opinion can count for something. The opinions of those who are standing on the sidelines don't matter, it's those on the field that get heard. And Arien gets about her work quickly. I e-mailed her today with a problem and it took her maybe 8 minutes to reply and get me fixed. Maybe you ought to put your problem in the subject line so they won't think it's just some random person who has an unoriginal opinion that's been expressed a billion times on the boards and thinks that saying it repeatedly on the different forums will make it better.... wait.... isn't that what this is?
Get an account, be a part of the game, THEN make it better. Until then play Runescape.
