(I reinstalled the client files.)

This helped once, but the bug came back when i pressed F12 another time. the reinstalling does it until you press F12 again. Seems to be person-related, some persons ( unintroduced new ones  ) seem to cause this sometimes.

Partial help :
It seems to help when the new ones have introduced. While not introduced, and their name is about to be shown, the problem starts ( someone = kickoff ).

So tell them to be quiet, say and do nothing, and to #i when you approach them immediately.
