Having problems with my account request

Im sorry if you see this topic twice, but I wrote this same problem yesterday and I cant find it; so i say it again.
I sended my account request three weeks ago, and I didnt got a reply yet, so I wanted to ask if I should wait more time or not. Should I send my information (in the Client and in the Webpage) again?
The name that I chose for my character was Perseis Neera, is it ok? I read the rules and I think it is, but now im not sure.
