He's an older player, or at least he was. I agree with you however, if less "veteran" players have to change their names, why do older ones get away with it.

If you search "gro'bul" you will find an illarion link, and a link to table tennis? Gro stands for something and Bul is Bulgaria.
ANYWAY! The point being it is an OBVIOUSLY unorigional uncommon name.

Well, but that i didn't knew the time i chose it. i just searched a name which is good for a dwarf and played around with G. There are Gimli, Gim, Gloin and so on. i was surprised to find out later that it is a hebrew word. and than a word for "waves". You know, dwarves don't like the ocean much
