Text Modifier - adding one?

illarion staff will you consider creating a text modifier?
im just starting with a basic question to see i yall will acually consider it...

I'm not on the illarion staff but I have a question. What is a teaxt modifier and what will it bring to the game. Sorry if it's a daft question.

not a daft question at all, i didnt explain it at all

. it would blank out cuss words or blank out entire hmm what well you know when you say something i cant call it a sentice because i can be continued so it would black out those words...
what will it bring to the game? no cuss words
