. It says always express character names, where do I put it?

I wasn't very sure if that meant my character name for Illarion or the ones for the story, so I included both... Basically, I put my character name on the very top of my email before answering the questions. And also, I think you should identify your story characters' names while you're writing it... or they would become nameless beings.
