A friend of mine created a character, and tried to send in the Account Request, she got something that said mistake, and I even tried it and it didnt work and the information was exact, can a GM help?

I even tried it a few times the name was Nhildra Vilalilar, it keeps saying there is a mistake

Oh it says the Information isnt the same as the stuff put in the character creation. Which is wrong because I put it exact, copy and paste for most of it

was your password longer than 9 letters?

If the password is more than 8 characters long, try just entering the first 8 characters of it.

Oh it was 11 characters long, oops. Oh well, I got in entered in right, thanks for all the help
