The orcs and their land.

Post by Elrim »

Greetings to all,

It has come to my attention that the Bloodskulls are trying to start up some sort of colony. Despite my past movement involvement, I still do not see how some...Orcs are allowed to have such a thing on this isle, or anywhere for that matter. No one would ever live there. They are much to thick-headed to be able to run their own land, don't you agree? Please, if you will, tally a mark and let me know that I do not stand alone on my opinion.

I don't think you have right to decide what they should do with there own land. you fall so easily into the sterotypes made about orc's. I know Most of the Bloodskull Caln personally, and i find that they are more then capable of taking care of themselves. Secondly the land they own isn't meant for you or i or anyone but themselves and who they choose. why should it then matter who would want to live there. the simple fact is they do live there so i guess that answers your question. Bloodskul territory isn't a vaction spot it's someone elses home.

Willum looks at the posts and tilts his head, then begins scribling on a piece of partchment Why would Troles Bane ever give up land to the orcs? Be warned the orcs are not to be trusted so willingly with land. They betrayed one country why not another?
Willum takes out his dagger and cuts his thumb, then inturn presses it to the partchment. He then walks away.

I do not see your problem, dear fellow citizen.
Would you not have them rather be in their own...colony, or whatever a place where orcs live could be called, then on our streets, making them not only worse smelling and looking but also a dangerous place, where all kinds of rogues come to do their dirty business and bring their diseases?
I believe you all see my point. It's for no other reason though, that I support the idea of building such a place.

You got rid of a lot of the orcs, but in the process you brought back everyone who lived in Northerot. Such a noble cause it was, for them to go and remove Ark and the others, they forbid her, but then gave the land to worshippers of Moshran. Nice work.

Surprizing amounts of hostility i find here. no doubt most of the peoples here have had run in's with not so friendly orc's which by all means gives them rights to opinions though i pose the same, what if all humans were judged by Darloks doings, or Elves for Misjbar and Kalom and so on? maybe your hostilities spring from your inability to defend yourselves from attackers therefore one must scapegoat an entire race in order to overlook there own lackings.

I do agree it's an unpleasant sideeffect of the fall of Northerot, it sure was the place where the orcs fitted best but Northerot, as a place where all evil gathered couldn't be tolerated. We'll have to find another solution for the Orc problem.
Concerning Athians nonsense theorie, I hope I'm not expected to give my opinion.

I may have commited crimes, but I have paid for these accordingly. Yet I am still dubbed "evil" and hunted to this very day. Maybe it is those like yourselves who cannot forgive others who are truly "Evil". Your righteousness has blinded you all. For shame.

Oh I myself know best that people go wrong ways sometimes.
I collaborated with the evil one who has passed once myself, so I paid my price, I officially apologized and I swore myself an oath that I would fight against the evil one until his death. My price is paid, but I don't see how you paid yours. Otherwise I would of course share my graciousness with you.

Living under the rule of orcs? That's like asking for terror if you aren't an orc yourself.

My nonsense Thoery Moyave. So far all i've noted is that is topice as been pulled way out of it's original bounds no ones was even talking of evil and who did what wrongs. if you note the first to posts you'd know that. but you bring your own idiocy with you every time you further this dicussion. simple fact is, it's there land not our, they can do as they please. you don't like you don't have to deal with it, but don't go about labeling every one you see as some evil orc, and i'm certainly glad not be be judged via race on your standard, i'm not near as dull as you.

The "Blood Land" is indeed the orcs because they deemed it so. Were not the forces of TrolsBane also responsible for the lands undoing?

You can have your opinion, I can have mine, Athian. We are also free to judge these opinions. But at last the one who can reach his goals is right.

Personally, I could care less. The orcs may have the land. Yet they shouldn't be demanding things from people outside of the lands or people not apart of their community. Other than that, I am perfectly fine with them owning the land. Let them have it, the last thing this island needs is more damned problems. Which the orcs are good at causing.

Hmm...A large response to my simple tally idea... I only said they were to dumb to run their own land, and that I do not believe us as peoples of the isle should let them have such a large space. It's surprising how many of you go on with your opinions. Does everyone on this isle do that? I must be too kept to myself.. Anyway, I would now have to agree to let them be, it does get them out of the way for us to live our lives anyway. I say, let them run themselves in to the ground with whatever they plan to do there. Maybe then they will fight themselves to the death.

If you were really a friend of a dwarf, you wouldn't call them a "stumpie".

Anyways, the townspeople and orcs were too much of cowards to stand up to Darlok, so they did it after his passing, does this suprise anyone?

Actually Veralion, my homelands were completely destroyed and turned into a wasteland because of orcs. Terror is something you don't understand. Mostly because you are all causing trouble by your pety threats. Only once have I ever seen an orc fight without his brethren. You orcs are cowards, nothing more.

-Kasume-

OOC: I've even documented the entire history of Kasume, gods, and so forth. So don't think it is something I just made up on the top of meh head.

The orcs attacked Northerot, and displaced many people from their homes, who lived and worked in Northerot. Then they took the land for their own selfish desires, already having a cave. Nothing like the stereotypes right?

Fooser has a point indeed. People worked in Northrot after Darlocks passing, what more of a threat could it have been? The orcs and the people of TrolesBane attacked and left many with out a home. So why do the orcs deserve the land? This question will most likely remain unanswered untill some thick headed bloodskull trus to answer it.

I am new to Illarion but my opinion counts anyway, I would not let the orcs start this so called "colony", I would and will vote against it, the orcs were made for one purpose, evil, I have NEVER met a "good" orc, and this colony of theres would become nesting ground of evil, from what ive read in this thread, the bloodskull are capable of running a colony of their own, however, are they capable of screening out bands of evil doers, OF COURSE NOT, they are evil.

This shell has known the orcs of this isle to be sickeningly timid and...placcid. They are no more capable of doing evil than a priest or gardener.
