well i don't want to get scolded, i read on one GM topic "if 10 days passed from your activation request and you haven't received a question you may nicely ask is everything ok" so i nicely ask if everything is ok:) i do my best to be patient but soon i'll get no hairs left to rip off:P simple answer "yes, soon" or "resent" will be enough:)

I admit I do not quite understand your question, but I'll try to answer it 
1. If you got the questions and answered them and you already got the notificaton that you're accepted just be patient. Sometimes it just takes some time until a new group of characters will be activated. If you're lucky you can play in a few days if not, they maybe accidetly "forgot" your char.
2. If you just send you accoutn request in and you're waiting for the question. I would wait two more days and then create a new char with a new name because you won't get a notification when you rejected because of the name.
3. If you send in the questions and you're waiting for an information telling you, you're either accepted or rejected. Just be patient. It takes some time to decide on that manner.

well i wait for a question, and am just concern about the time, afterall about 10 days passed and nothing yet, i can wait more ofcours, i trully belive its worth of it, just want to know is everything ok, and about the name... i don't think there would be problems with it... i mean i read rules so i guess its ok... well i will have to wait for mods or GM answer:) but thanks for tips
