The Feast of Oldra

Post by Nilo »

Greetings Citizens!
The Farmer's Union is conducting three feasts in honor of three gods, who have been most merciful to us these last few months.

This feast is honoring Oldra.

This feast, the first of the three, will be held at the Farmer's Union's fields, below the pigs. We invite everyone to come!

There will be Food, music, and wine!

It will be held on Friday, when the sun starts to set.

((Friday at 5:00 CST. CST is -6:00 GMT. I tried to do this the best time for everyone....Hope its not too late for German people.))

A man, moving like a shadow, passes the board while whistling an innocent melody. He recognizes Nilo's note and adds a few words.

Dear Mr. Nilo.

I am pleased to offer you the services of the Band of bards. We arrange parties and concerts for the citizens of trolls bane.
Our guild is not that popular, but I would like to invite you to visit our guild house (http://data.forumhoster.com/forum_cliu) to make up your own opinion.
It would be a great first move for our group of bards to perform some music and some lyrics at your feast. Please contact me or our band-leader Master Cliu Beothach.

Best wishes to the farmers union,
Phelix Vierwind

With a satisfied smile, Phelix pins this small note beneath...

Dear Mr. Nilo,

It is like thounsands of dawns, that you are willing to hire us. But you are the first customer and so there aren't any pricing lists.
I will speak to our guild and make you an offer as soon as possible.
(Besides: Be sure, that some of us will participate your feast, with or without payment.)

Best regards,
Phelix Vierwind.

After placing this note, Phelix leaves the Wall singing...

Dear Citizens,
We are in search of Priests, or Priestesses for our Feasts. We currently need one for Adron, and one for Zelphia. If you are either, please contact me!

Thanks,
Nilo and the Farmer's union

Nearly on his way to the fields of the farmers union, Phelix leaves this short note at the wall...

Dear Mr. Nilo,
until now, there is no possibility to hire us in an offical manner. So, myself and every bard who is willing and able to join your feast, will come on their own. I am looking forward to a sacred gathering of farmers and friends.
Best wishes, Phelix Vierwind.

Dear Nilo,

you asked for priests of Zelphia and Adron. As I know, there was once a priest of Adron, called Gorfin Schluckspecht. But I doubt, that he is in our lands anymore. I heard of no other priest of this god since I am in this land (and this is a long time).
For priests of Zelphia, there was once a novice, called Darzog. The same as for Adron. Another novice of Zelphia was called Gnarr. Maybe you can find him or one of the temple guards of the Zelphia shrine, one called Ssshr.
I hope, I have helped you a bit in the organisation of your feast.

I don't know if Nilo has any, but I have about 20, I don't think you can eat them all.

The First feast went very well!

The happenings were:
The grain for Oldra was planted
Gerhalt donated 20 ingots in honor of the event (and olrda)
We had a grand time with the music, dancing, and the food!

Thanks to all that Came!
