Create character freezes

I complete all the information on the create character screen, including the password, but when I click on create, the process freezes. I waited a good 5 minutes to let it do its thing, but nothing progressed.

Please tell me either I or you can fix this thing. If not, I understand that somebody may be able to create a character for me. Please give me some advice on doing this, maybe even guide me to someone who has done it before. I am really interested in your game. It sounds like an excellent undertaking, guys.

Try restarting your computer. Always helps my problems.

if that doesnt fix the problem try creating a char on another computer some people have trouble creating characters

I don't have another computer. It won't work. Thanks though.
