To all who read -

Due to the joy the town guard gains from banning people from the city of Trollsbane, I, Arkadia hereby open the gates of Northerot to all those who seek refuge. You shall have full access to the depots to carry on with your lives and work. These gates shall remain open until Darlok reverses my order. Any and all are welcomed in peace.
