Best Proposal Yet - Not game related, but a good idea I thin

Some people (I will volunteer to help with at least some of it) should set up a small fund (20-50 ignots?) to be given to someone when they complete a certain task (RP reason, they helped write a town charter, or helped research something for us...). The task I am talking about is going through ALL the posts on the proposal boards, and compiling them into 1-20 posts, with all the ideas and suggestions accounted for. I think this would be really helpful if someone did this, because if you had a blacksmithing suggestion, you could look under the already suggested ideas for blacksmithing (they could possible organize ideas like: "Blacksmithing", "Druidic", "Mage", "Food" and so on...) and it would be easy to see if it had been suggested, or if you can still suggest it. This would enable one of the board admins to delete all the excess posts, and would really help stop the re-posting of ideas I think...
So what does everybody think, good or bad idea?

I get the second part about chopping up topics,
but what did that have to do with the first part (Funds? 20-50 ingots?)
Overall it sounds nice but it would be a lot of work, if I understood it correctly.

I beleive Quain was talking about offering the person's char a reward of 20 - 50 ingots for doing that task
