Character Addition Problem?

Normally, after I fill out the character creation form on the website, I click the button "Add Character to Account," put in my e-mail address, password and character name, I click the send button. But after that, I keep getting told that there was never a request sent for the character I want to add (although I've filled the form out several times now). Is there a problem with my aol e-mail address, maybe?

Do you send the request from your E-mail address or do you use the site http://illarion.org/illarion/us_accountform.php?

Yes. That exact form. I tried e-mail too, but Twania said that it does work. Although I think it isn't.

Sorry if I'm coming off as impatient. I can't play Illarion currently due to my character falling victim to the "does not exist bug" (being fixed) and my new one is still pending.

If your char is deleted in the database you can't make a add char!!
The script proofs of an existing char with this e-mail adress.

My prime character is able to play again. Thanks Shi'voc and Keikan.

Would I have to recreate my character because I made him while my account was down, or am I able to request him again?

I have created a new character for my account.

But everytime I get done using the form from Illarion.org (and I do click on the button that says "add character to account"), wait for a long time, then the person in charge of account taking says they never received a request from me (although I filled out the form several times in the past).

Are you sure you use the eMail Adress of your Main Character?
If you pick any other your request will be denied.

Yes. I used the exact e-mail address that I used for that character (it's also my only address, that I had long before I played Illarion

).

Okay...now im stumped again because I think I messed up again.....I just applied for a new character and I used my email address that I use currently.....but I am pretty sure my original character was logged under a different email. Is this going to be a problem because I do not see how you would be able to tell it was my character or not...granted that my new email account is DarkArkadia..lol

Coincidentally, my screenname is DarkMould. Not DarkVahkos, but I had to notice.

And yes, I believe if you have a different character under a different screenname, you can't simply add him/her to your account. It must have the same e-mail.

hmm...Keikan..what should I do? Can you all fix this or must I create again because I am not sure what email account I used for my first account seeing as I have about five that I use.

I sent it in to the accounts email address asking them to change it and to add the character....I gave em my password and everything..so let me know if ya'all get it.

Better send it to "Character_Requests@Illarion.org", me, because this is the correct adress for this.

After I changed your adress you can request this character again.
