The days happenings
We are glad to report the pass away of Nerevar Schattenaxt. He has been given to the flames yesterday. This overdue execution ended a long series of crimes and outrages.
He has been hunted down heroically by Gwynnether and brought to town. The already effective death penalty has been carried out by the town guard with the presence of a priest. According to witnesses he begged bitterly for his life.
The whole isle owes Gwynnether a debt of gratitude for this heroic deed. She is luckily recovered from her wounds of the fight, thanks to the effort of many. This heroic deed should be a model for all of us to emulate her and to face villains squarely.
A political issue:
As it has been heard by well informed circles, the council of Lyzenzia is carrying on a debate, that could lead the town of Trolls Bane in a new direction. The debate has been started by king Tialdin and includes the following topics:
1. Elections for the major.
2. Elections for the judges.
3. extensive reforms of Lyrenzia
4. Changes in the rights and duties of the guards of Trolls Bane
There isn’t more to tell about the single topics so far. But the “Sunday newspaper of Illarion” tries to gather more information for the public.
Obviously there will be discussed topics among the town council members, that are of great interest for the public of Trolls Bane. We will keep an eye on what is happening there.
The recipe of the day:
A farmers breakfast
Ingredients: potatoes, eggs, onions, a little bit of milk, salt, pepper, chives, maybe a little bit of nutmeg, butter
You need: a cooking pot, a pan, a wooden tray and knives, a small bowl, a beater
That’s how it’s done:
1. Make the water in the cooking pot boil
2. Clean, peel and cut the potatoes in half
3. Let the potatoes cook in the saltened water for 20 minutes
4. While the potatoes are cooking:
- cut the onions in cubes
- give the eggs in the bowl, add one glass (200 ml) of milk and a bit of chives, salt and pepper and mix it with the beater
- cut the cucumber in long slices
5. Cut the potatoes in slices and roast them in the pan with a bit of butter till they are brown
6. Add the onions a short time before the potatoes are ready in a way they are getting “glassy”
7. Add the mixture of the eggs and wait till the eggs are getting hard.
Serve it hot……yummy yummy
