Adding a character to my account

I have a character, it is the same name as my forum name, and I tried to add 2 new characters to the account. After about a week or so I notice that I haven't even gotten a reply yet, But when i created the account I got an e-mail that same very day. I was wondering if I didn't put the name of my e-mail right or something, though i'm pretty sure I did it correctly. If you need secure information, e-mail me at Negacare@yahoo.com

We do the accountwork as our time allows. Sometimes you get an answer soon and sometimes it takes more time.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if i screwed up somehow. This whole account thing is confusing sometimes. Just when i thought i had it figured out, a frying pan hits me in the face and forces me to put my foot in my mouth.

You don't get an email when you add characters to an existing account, they get activated at some point you just have to try logging in to find out.

Maybe you should stick with your first character for a while before getting another one.

When I got my second character, it was strange because I all of a sudden strated playing has him only 10mins after I sent the E-mail. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones
