Whoever pulls the shovel from the ground will be the new king of Camelot, now stop fussing and look for the poor kid in rags. There, problem solved.

By the way, don't Halflings look like poor kids in rags? ---//--- Some sort of connection?!

No, no. Here's my theory. A hole in the stuff of reality was created and the gods didn't know what to do. Finally, Irmorom just put a shovel in the hole and looked at the other gods like "duh!"

Whoever pulls the shovel from the hole destroys all of existence!

You are all wrong. The shovel has simply been there for hundreds of thousands of years and has become fossilised.

"Do not try to lift the shovel, that would be impossible. Instead, just try to realise the truth."

"What truth?"

"There is no shovel. Then you will see that it is not the shovel that you lift, but yourself."
