Character Addition of old character

I just got my account accepted (in 4 days, pretty fast!!!!!!!!)

However it hasn't yet been activated.

I have two questions:

1: Is it possible to add a very old character of mine 'Sidirourgos', because the name is clearly against the rules? Is it possible to add a first name to this name if character addition the way it is is not allowed?

2: If I can add this character should I first wait for my account to be activated, or can i already apply now for this character to be added, while my account has been accepted, but not activated.
