Magic Problem

I seem to be having problems even casting the food creation spell. Nor does it say the words and a puff comes up, nor do I see "You do not have the abilities to do that!" My guess is that it is some kind of glitch that I pray a GM can take care of?

Also, what's it mean when it says "You do not have the abilities to do that!" Does it have to do with my intelligence level?

some chars just can't do things. One of mine can't brew wine, it MAY be your intelligence, may not

Its not the food creation spell, if you take the direct meaning, its accually "the calling of food". This is not an ooc problem.

yes, this is... an OOC problem... You must not understand. When I use the two runes together, NOTHING ZIPPO ZEE NOTHING HAPPENS.

Athian had the same exact problem with a different spell. It is most likely a simple glitch. He told me to refer to a GM. My real question, which GM?
