Brendan´s testimony:
I was attacked and rendered a spirit, by the orc known as Gorock. This occured, when I was at work outside the Fluffy Sheep tavern. I was minding my own business, when this orc, whom I was informed to be called Gorock was chasing Molbo Flourfern. I told him to leave us alone, and when he didn't told him to "Bugger off!"
Eventually he chased us to the workshop, where he killed me. When I was gathering my composure by the cross he proceeded to hassle me again, but lost interest. I request that this orc be put to trial!
My two witnesses are:
Molbo Flourfern and an unnamed orc accompanying Gorock, Molbo believe it's Kruuba.

The orc known as Gorock was chasing me around and then i met Brendan by the Tavern, the known as Kruuba was with him. Brendan told the orc to Bugger off, which the orc didn't and started threating me and Brendan. When he had chased Brendan and me into the workshop, he then killed Brendan. Kruuba didn't do anything, he just whatched it happen.

I know Brendan very well, and I'd like the judges to take note that I don't think Brendan would attack first, unless feeling extremly threatened, while Krubba is a member of the movement, as was Gorok, whom is in controll of the clan Krubba is currently in, if it really counts as a clan with two orcs in it.

Well, I for one wouldnt mind some company here in this lonely jail. Though I have lost most of my memory, my judgement is still very clear.
From this trial, I do not think you should hold anyone responsible. For one thing, orcs are violent creatures. We all know that! I do not thinkt hat Brendan (though very kind and considerate towards others) would attempt to kill the orc. But, however, I do think that it was a bit... dum... to draw swords with an orc, as he himself is very weak. (not saying I am not weak..)
Anyway, I think you should drop the trial. It is only orc-nature for the orc to take out his sword when feeling threatened. What are you going to do? Kill all the orcs because they defend themselves?

Another testimony by Brendan Mason:
Well, these are even more accurate details...I'm really jogging my mind as hard as possible. I was at the pub and Molbo arrives, all worried. He is followed by two orcs, Kruuba and Gorock. They spot me and call me a fat Hobbit. I aksed if they were Skulls, and when they became rude, I told them to bugger off.
They asked what would happen if they didn't and I then said, I'd stick their foot with a blade, for frightening Molbo and I. Gorock then asks the other orc if he wants to kill me with him. I then said that I didn't want to fight them, but they pursued their harassment.
They eventually started tossing Molbo about at which I told them to stop. The orc began to lick Molbo, repulsed I pushed him away and we both made a run for it to the workshop. On the way, Molbo and I got split up.I was found by the orcs, whom I asked what happened to Molbo and they said they ate him. I called them fiends and villains, but they just laughed it off. Eventually they asked did I want to taste steel, at which I ran to the workshop and thankfully found a frightened Molbo there.
We were recovering in the workshop, when the angry orcs came in, swords drawn and said they were going to attack. I tried to fight Gorock off, but he killed me quickly.
That is the story in it's entirety.
