Total Account DISASTER!!!

Well, I'm new to the game and I just made a new account in the game engine and create, then ok, and all that the box comes up asking to go to the site for more info on confirmation and I do that and go to the account thing on the right and enter everything the same as what I placed in the game engine but then after I press submit it tells me everything I have is wrong. I've sent e-mails to the character creation e-mail and the account e-mail with days in between and after about 5 days I have no answer? Just wonderin' what's going on here...

Sorry about this I didn't notice that there was already another thread with the same problem, a gamemaster can delete or lock this post now...
