Shields and magic

I really hope that wizards cant use shields/heavy armour while casting magics in the next build of the game. Or at least have BIG difficulties doing so if they cast wearing armour.

Let's say a good PK-mage attacks you. You are a close-range grunt, and he uses two shields, which makes him virtually untoucable. He can still attack you with magic's while you cant do nothing at all..May create a great unbalance...

2 Shilds ? A good Mage need no 2 shilds if he is a murder you are death before you are in a short range meele.

btw the most good trained mages need only 1 shield !

Only a few you cant hit if they have 2 shilds there is nearly always a way to hit .
But please dont ask me how, i will not say it.

A good mage would use a magic wand to cast its spells (that way it is easier to target a moving opponent which is otherwise almost impossible). If you have a magic wand in the hand, you can't carry an additional shield. I don't know how many mages already use the magic wand, but without it I suspect the aren't any good.

I will not dsicuss my skills,

Yet I can stand with two shields and be "untouchable" and use magic enough to kill without having to use wand or run.

Also I can be fighter and attack someone with two shields whom are moderately trained an be unable to hard them though I boast to be a very good sword fighter.

Perhaps simply take away the ability to hold two shields would solve the problem on both sides.

One aspect of the problem that Griitash pointed out - he is a druid like me

- is that druids can do nothing against a trained mage holding 2 shields and casting spells. The only option is running away *g*
But actually things have already gotten better since the last update. Before some people could not be hurt by sword and by magic. Nowadays everyone is hurt by magic at least and we druids can get magic resistance.
