House Auction in Northerot

Greetings Citizens of Northerot and Citizens of our Isle !

The Kingdom of Northerot will soon sell the currently empty Homes on its Land.

On the Auction the "Right of Ownership" will be sold to the highest bid.

If a House is sold to a Person, or group, these have to pay a montly Rent of 1 Gold Ingot.
If this Rent is not payed for two Months the "Right of Ownership" is lost and the House will be auctioned again.

The Date for the Auction will soon be published.

The date for the first auction is set.

Friday in the late hours of the day ((20:00 GMT+1)).

Minimum bit for the "Right of Ownership" of a house is 25 Ingots of Gold.

that means everybody is allowed to "buy" a house in northerot? even noncitizens?

Due to special Events that required my immediate Attention, I had to cancel the todays Auction.

The Auction will be held at a later Date, however it is possible to submit Biddings by Message from now on.
Your Bid will be placed at the House with the lowest Bid so far, to give everyone a fair Chance.

I pay 1 ingot for a house Darlok. But how big is it? 1 ingot is a lot. And where does my money go to? And can i buy your castle? And how come your name is Darlok? And is your donkay Zarbus? What is a Zarbus anyways? What kind of sword do you have? is it good? Are you a good swordsman? Did you get good through a god? Can you do magic? I always wanted to do magic but never could. How much did your castle cost you anyways? I mean if I buy it will you still live there? Or would you leave? And how come Northerot is called Northerot? I always wondered.
