Im having trouble getting a game account

Hey!! well I cant get a game account, it seams like i have to have my email the same as my character name, well its the same and i still cant get it to work. i would really apriciate it if someone would tell me how i can het my character profile. thank you!!

You have no access to your Characters aside from login in the game with them.

I cannot locate a Character named "Kittunies".

the thing is that when i request an account. it gives me this error Mistake !!

Charactername and e-mailadress has to be the same.
Like the information provided in the client !

my email and my character are preaty much tha same.

As I said, there is no Character with the name "Kittunies" in our database.

Tell me the name of your Character and I can check up its information.

Note the Character has to be created with our client first.
