account activation

account name: Mahtan Súrion

Well I created an account, got the questions, I replyed, I got an e-mail saying I was accepted and I should have some patiance untill my account was activated. But I've been waiting for 1 month now, and i wonder if any gm could look into it.

And not with the e-mail adress taken from your account request !

I can't create a char with that name cause that name is already in use and i have a folder in my illarion folder with the name Mahtan Súrion

So what do I do now make a new char with another name and add it to my account?

Its a good question how long it takes.
i ws accepted a month ago with the CHAR farok.and i still wait for the activation.

Don't want to be "to" rude but I named my sword surion a LONG time ago and about half of Kincent role play is based on a man with the name last name Surion, and I have also stated that my sword is Surion on the forums and if you've been reading the Board quest The last stand of the fire seers you'll see that I've said the name MANY times in it.
