Ok, I hope I'm posting in the right place. But, here it goes. I requested an account and after about 5 days i got email for the questions. Well, I replied, and after 3 weeks i got a message saying that i couldn't get the account because i requested the account too many times, but, I only requested the account one time. Why can't i get an account?
