I have tried to get an account several times. My story writing skills are not up to scratch so I havn't got one yet. I was just wondering, when you get the first e-mail (the one with the two questions), it always says at the very top "please always specify your character names". I just wanted to know why it says that. After I create my character, I go to the web site and request an account. When I do I always include my character name, so why does it act like I haven't? Am I soposed to put my name in again somewhere? if so, where?

No it isn't, I wondered about that too actually when I created my account. Well, I simply put my chars name in the mail I answered the two questions in and it worked unproblematically. But I fear the actual problem here is that you have no experience in roleplaying, which is needed for the stories. 'Cause if the problem was that you didn't specify your character name in your answer email the GMs would have ask you for it probably.
Specifying your char name in your email is important for us. It makes our work easier if there are any questions and to see whos story this is. And do you know how much mails we got each day? You would be very astonished.
But still no acceptence must be 'cause of your story not because you didn't write you charname.

If all the players obeyed that rule such as you do, rp would be much more fun... i shall not name any names, but reading LOTR and some other mythological books and legends and tales, makes you realize there are much more players of illarion who have non-original names than you think you know of.
