maybe when you get a higher smithing rating you can make better or new items

What i ment is that if you get better at smithing "new" items would be avialable to you. because plate armor is suposably the best armor in the game and any newbie can smith it. dont get me wrnog im not complaing its just that i thought maybe this might be a nice way to introduce new items. and maybe there can be a way that oce you get 100% smithing ability it could get added on to and for every 100% a new item could be avialable. just an idea. :-)

You're right, it would be nice, to introduce new items that way, so player discover more and more of the game over time (and perhaps have to buy something from old smithes).
I've just changed it, so newbies can't produce everything.
