i have recently visited the magic academy website and even the ranger's guild website too.
i have seen that they are a bit lack of latest news of illarion, even Ultimate Illarion which i found to be a good website for help, still lacks some update of how illarion works.
EXAMPLES BELOW:
Ultimate illarion says that you get Firnis Blossom and other herbs from Desert, Grass or Forest Ground, but in fact this has changed now, and i only find Firnis Blossom in some certain places which i shall not mention here.
The magic academy website and rangers guild website still have the last news of about 5 months ago.
All the above is not gaining my interest in joining any of the guilds because they seem as if they are so old and not active anymore.
Correct me if i am wrong... as always, i will then apologise for my mistakes (if they are mistakes truly).
thanks for your time
Val

Well do can find all herbs on either forest, grass or in the desert you just have to now where. But do not ask where if you don't know. Try to find a druid and ask him if he/she shows you.
About the guilds:
I do not know a lot about the ranger and the magic academy but I'm sure they are still activ even though there are not as "loud" as for example the grey rose. They keep it quite.
But the question is, what do you think is a better guild? One that is always present, that is always in action and caring about everything or a guild that is more for there own, quite but still activ that is one there if anyone needs it and is just observing until something important happens.
That are some question you have to answer for yourself and maybe write a letter to the guild leaders with question, I'm sure they will happily answer them.

Well, since that is Fooser's website...I wouldn't rely on the information posted there.Valdonyr Alkidor wrote: even Ultimate Illarion which i found to be a good website for help, still lacks some update of how illarion works.

Anyways, giving away herb locations(the new ones) is like giving away rune combinations, people don't appreciate it and I can see why. Your obtaining OOC knowledge and applying it directly IC, when you should be RPing being taught from a mage, or a druid for locations. There will be some bigger updates and changes definetly before Christmas.
