i did an acount request 4 times now, still don't get any e-mail :'(
Am i doing something wrong? pls tell me im going crazy if i don't get an e-mail soon

DONT OVER REQUEST.

It takes time, the account team is small and have other lives, if it met rules just wait.

Some times it takes 3wks, sometime 3days who knows!?

1. this belongs into the "ACCOUNT" forum

2. did you read the names rules - if your name does not apply to name rules, your request will be deleted

3. if you are using an hotmail account or similar, your email could possibly be declared as "spam" and therefore automatically be deleted

there could be other reasons still.
only a gm can look into your case.
that is as much help as i can offer

I checked the Name Rules and it seems like "Khiru Elthar" aint invalid, sorry returner, i didn't knew there was a team of people doing the account requests :s
I don't think hotmail deleted the confirmation mail as spam, cause i could recieve the the e-mail of the forum. Well i hope to see you guys on the game (if ill ever get there

Please be more patient. The accounts are done by hand during the account workers' free time. I believe you should have an email now using the request for "Khiru Elthar". I like last names.

hmmm i don't get it, i replyed on the 2 questions i got, but still i can't play

Should I get another mail or am I doings something wrong?
Maybe i didn't answer the right thing.....
Please somebody let me know what to do, cause the more i readabout the game the more i want to play it.

You need to be patient. It might need a few days until your questions are looked at and your request is decided. You will get a mail then.

I would really do that.All e-mails are controlled by humans, who do that in their free time.So don´t worry,some guys had to wait 2-3 weeks before they got an account!

hmmmm, i was just checking my e-mail, but when i checked my send items box, it sais i didn't send a,ything

Can pls somebody tell me you recieved my e-mail, otherwise ill send it again

I think i found a litle prob, i used a forward adres to apply my charname but i can't use that e-mail adress to repley

should I aplly again or can my e-mail be changed I applied with "Khiru@fuckhotmail.com" en i send my answers with "Go3Ro3@hotmail.com"
