Today by the Workshop I was attacked by Rusty. I said I dug up his tree roots but I also said I replanted them. But he attacked me and almost killed me. But instead he killed Paul. Before he killed Paul again reason I do not know. So this hobbit is on a rage.

First he killed me because he thought I might have dug up his trees, which I hadn't. Then, he almost killed me when I got in his way, but I moved out of his way, and he killed me anyway.

This island gives to many chances, we gave Elaralith many, and look what happened, we shall not make the same mistake again, he will be jailed, and that is final, to much blood has been spilled by the halfling, I would even go as far as saying to bannish him from the island permenantly, just like what happened to Dunthor. Why should we give him a second chance, just because one of his friends asks? If that happened then all the killers will have friends ask us to give him a second chance, this is the third trail, and it could make a fourth is Paul presses charges too, thats fourty hours in prison, and to be honest, I think he deserves it.

Rusty is not evil.. he just does not realise hes own strength.. give us a chance to speak with him.. a chance to change hes ways and we shall do so.. Rustus the halfling has defended many people as well as attacked.. if these people were to make a statement im sure you would see hes heart is in the right place.. theres to much blood and not enough love... why is the world this way..

Arist, please tell me that was some kind of joke, any fool can see he knows his own strength, he threatens some of the stangest people on the island, I have watched him kill some very strong warriors, he threatens death to the two strongest orcs on the island, he may protect friends, but how does he do it, by killing, he damn well knows his own strength, and he uses it at every oppertunity. As for turning him around, I think prison will do better for him, after tasting life in there, no one would want to go back in, the best cure always tastes the worst. prison never works, they always come out hard with even more hate for the world and the people who put them their.The last thing he needs is prison.
Come on his only a kid do you really have to put a 15 year old hobbit in jail, yes he did things wrong, but I've talk with him he hand rough life his a lost 15 year old who only knows how to fight when people make a move at him.DOES IT REALLY MAKE THINGS BETTER TO BUT A LOST TEEN IN JAIL! When I can take him in like a big brother and help him to be come a better person, all put him in jail will do is make him even more cold and ready to kill.

I Ezor Edwickton was there during the unprovoked attack on Paul and Glosin Ironstar. The menace hafling is out of control, and is a danger to anyone, killing people over trivial issues and threatening for no reasons. He should be locked up, and if you really want to give him a change maybe after a period of time locked up, then it should be considered.
His crimes should not go unpaid.

Maybe he can be saved maybe not. But the fact is he is dangerous to everyone and should not be allowed to go about in the state he is in. It is a matter of safety that he should be locked up.

You are ignorant people, you have no hearts, your cold, you enjoy what you try to do. But as far as it matters most of you will give away the only chance to show yourselfs better than Rustas if you fight anger with anger, if you fight hate with hate, it will only generate more anger and suffering. THINK! What if you was to give Rustas another chance? Perhaps that would change him? And please dont compare him to other villans, because he is not them, think.
Rustas is not perfect, but neither am I, nor are you. No one is special in my eyes, but thats my eyes. In your friends eyes you a person of great importance, that makes you special to them. Rustas is special in the eyes of his friends. Think.

So ill be another one to beg for mercy on Rustas behalf.
Think befor you act every, every act has its consecvenses, be prepared.
Will you feel satisfied, ask yourselfs this and see f you can find an answer, thanks for your time and please reconsider, and remember one can not dance alone he must have a partner, perhaps some one provocated rustas in commiting the deeds.

Oh, Keryn, shut up. How would you feel if everytime you entered the town, someone threatened to kill you, attempted to kill you, or actually succeeded in killing you? You remind me of Elaralith. Rusas has been given second, third, fourth, fifth, and yes, even sixth chances to stop, but he does not. No mercy.
