i think this is right actually. everything is about risk and gain. If the gain could be large then the risk must also be large. However i still dont like being called an idiot for playing devils advocat.

you can buy horns from a trader at the lighthouse, west of the grey refuge. I dont know if you can craft them though

i have a small idea, maybe there should be bins scattered around the world where people can put unwanted junk. I also think they should act like communal depots, so other people can come and pick things out of these bins.

if you use the scissors with the sheep you get wool, and you can chop nearly all kinds of tree. You just need to use the hatchet with the tree several times and eventually it will fall. Then chop the fallen tree and you get logs.
