Hey, just got my account created, went into Illarion, and had quite a time figuring out how to get out of the first room (One reason being my computer badly needed a reboot and crashed about 20 seconds later). Anywho, I couldn't find it anywhere else, so could someone give me some basic controls?

Seems to me like it's more realistic if it's hard to find certain common items, like potions...and NPCs that just have everthing in stock all the time is unrealistic. I think it's a great idea. Obviously you aren't going to just fall asleep when you're being attacked, and the adrenaline idea is good also. Ok, the create a character wasn't working on my computer, so I got on a friend's computer and downloaded the client. I filled out the form the same way, but when I hit "Create", instead of stalling (which it does on my computer) it doesn't respond in any way at all. Absolutely nothing happ...

I go into Illarion and go to create new. I fill out all the fields, and hit "create". Nothing happens. In fact, I can no longer interact with the program. It completely stalls when I hit create. Any suggestions?

Im on Windows 98, with a brand spanking new hard drive.

Hmm...this really worries me...it would appear that its impossible for me to create a character, due to this error. I just got a brand spanking new hard drive, so I don't see how my PC can be messing it up. Does Illarion have any conflicts with Windows 98?
