I received my "you have been accepted" e-mail 5 days ago (thank you) but I haven't been able to log on yet. I have noticed that the character on my client has no capital letter. (duh!) I cannot delete it or create the same name with a capital. Will this scupper my account ?, is there a way...

I have not had any reply at all for 10 days , should I e-mail somebody ?
