I've worked my way through the remains of a presentation Estralis posted. It was a tough, but somewhat enlightening read. I've just written some things that may be taken as harsh criticism. Here however, I'd only like to say how awesome this is. It really makes a difference when you don't see the individual tiles all the time.

Installs and works fine for me on linux, except for one small issue. The launcher doesn't close itself automatically anymore when you start the client or one of the editor apps. I'm not sure whether this is a bug or intended behavior, but I find it a little less convenient than before.

It never was one tile.
The old whisper range looked like this:

1 = in range
X = origin of the whisper
I like the new range btw. It allows groups bigger than 4 people to have a private conversation.
