Dodge skill still implemented?

Is the dodge skill still implemented? My one char cannot seem to get it, he has fought many times, and against ever monster currently around and dosen't get the skill. When the new system first came in another char of mine fought one fly once and recived the dodge skill. Is it a bug with my char or something else?

No bug, its not really that important, youll see when its implemented.

Are you wearing armour? Using heavy weapons? You may not be getting dodge skill because you are not dodging, but parrying.

You should check at your language skills. That is were it is with me(don't know why though)

I was wondering... Maybe it's from arrows and flying projectiles?
