Emails at the website dont seem to work

I tried sending something through the email thing at the website and it keeps coming up with an error. Just thought I would let everybody know.

I sent a request in because my character (Glantris Bok) wasn't working. I never got a reply.

I answered your mail at the 4th of this month, so what is wrong with the eMail?
"Character Requests" is forwarded to me, it is working.

I thought I sent an eMail to this address to. I re-sent it incase nobody received it. I originally sent mine on March 15th.
