Houses and Shops - how's this going to work..

OK well we are ALL looking forward to building our own shops and houses... however there are a few considerations..
1) How big
2) How long do they stay
3) how do we know to get rid of old ones.
First I say we should be given an alotted amount of land "and be able to build a picked fence too I love those things" so we can build a house with a small yard and maybe buy house items like chairs, plants pots, fountains ect...
to Get this land we should send email or post message for a request to have space for a house. Otherwise there are going to be houses everywhere!
Houses should stay permanent as long as the name is still active.. however some houses may be abandonded so there might be a problem in houses that need to be gotten rid of.. maybe we can burn them.. or shop them up and destroy them? That would lead to chaos wouldnt it? hmm well the problem remains with the admins and game creators.. once a house is built it stays.. but for how long? What circumstances would cause it to be "deleted"?
