Call for Bounty Hunters

Greetings Townspeople,
I bring to your attention that a bounty has been placed on the head of the man known as 'Kensai'.
He was once an honorable man from my Kingdom. He fought many battles and faced many warriors in duels to defend his King's throne, yet paranoia grew inside his mind. He was leading a group of five warriors that were on an expedition to recover a lost artifact of the Kingdom when he killed the other members thinking that the King had sent him there to be killed.
This man is very unstable and at times unpredictable. He is not to be trusted, he may deceive you into believeing he is a humble peasant.
I await for this man to be brought to justice.
Signed,
Khanor Faenohan

So, now his King WANTS to kill him?
Your Action is unlogical and inhumane.

At sir Faenohan,
i may inform you that fighting inside the towns borders, for whatever reason but self defense, is forbidden. If someone should feel inclined to carry out this mission, the employe as well as the employer will be punished harshly. If you have valid proof for your claims, present them to the proper authorities and they will decide on the fate of the person in question. Be warned not to take, what you consider justice, in your own hands. The consequences would outweight the benefit.

Hagen von Rabenfeld,
This man is a disturbed criminal, it is to whomever takes this mission to decide where they carry out their mission. As I do not wish to cause conflict with the local authorities I ask that it be done outside of town, and if so the reward will be increased.
If the authorities are too concerned, they may capture this man and deliver him so we can deliver justice in our own territory.
Signed,
Khanor Faenohan.

I think i already stated that clearly enough. Either you present the evidence to the authorities here, or your actions will be considered illegal and hereby punishable by law. A situation, which a law abiding person, who only wants to bring a criminal to justice would give his best to avoid.
The judgement of foreign authorities, like your king, are of no concern to us. Trollsbane will not deliver a person on the word of foreign authorities, without seeing the evidence you claim to have.

Proof? You can have all the proof you want! Your free to come and visit the graves of the slaughtered warriors, and you can see the dagger Kensai left in Blake's skull. We found Juami still alive, barely. Although he was beyond aid his last words told us what you did. The others, the state they were left in we could hardly recognise them, but we did.
Kensai, do not lie. Juami was your friend, he would not tell a lie. You had no reason to kill those men. It is time you owed up to what happened! If you hand yourself in we may be merciful and spare your life.
You have three days Kensai, three days to hand yourself in or a price will be announced, then the Bounty Hunters can have at you.
Signed,
Khanor Faenohan.

Kensai goes to speak, but hesitates for a moment
No....I....I didnt...
I never hurt anyone...I never intended....
Kensai looks around, his eyes darting frantically
Just...leave me alone..

I hate these sorts of announcements.
"He is a vicious criminal, bla bla bla! Kill him."
Did you ever bother to think what goes on in the head of a criminal?
THEN TRY FOR A MOMENT!!!!

The Bounty can no longer be offered!
I cannot give reason for this. My task now remains in utmost secrecy and any attempt made by outsiders to capture this man will not pass unpunished.
Kensai, I am coming for you myself! Your betrayal was worse than first estimated. You will die, thief!
To any authorities: I cannot promise this man's blood will not be spilt over your land but I urge you not to involve yourselves with this.

To sir Faenohan,
if you spill blood on our soil, you involve us and therefor will be punished. Disagreeing to work together with the proper authorities here in Trollsbane doesnt let you look just either. If you came for justice, sent by your king, you can imagine, that you would think it most doubtfull, if a citizen of Trollsbane would come to your land and announces in public, he is going to kill a person, but refuses to show the evidence, which would support his claim, that he comes for justice. Even if your claims are true, you arent very convincing. I warn you to either stop or work together with the law of Trollsbane, or you will face the consequences.

If memory serves correctly, Mr Faenohan- you, yourself are quite the criminal, having acted quite violently towards your peers in the first incarnation of the Elven Community.

No Brendan Mason, that is incorrect. Besides, my former-self died with the passing of the old community.
Hagen von Rabenfeld, there is little time to work with the authorities if it is not too late already. Had the opportunity arisen then I would not be allowed to disclose the most important information of the mission as I am under oath to maintain the secrecy of certain details. I have not refused to give evidence that he is a murderer, but that now is not the main concern of my mission.
Should I be dealt punishment from your authorities for completeing my task, that is a sacrifice I will make for service to my King.
Signed,
Khanor Faenohan.
