Identify this please

maybe to introduce what affect some weapons and armor have on you. have some kind of identification skill and have the item vary like a green identifyer would get a plate armor and identify it and it would be 3 def. while a better identifyer would get it a 5 or something. this could be a way to introduce what items do and stop the question "well whats this do?....are you sure?"

just another thought maybe you could buy identification scrolls just like to have to by thread and leather to make leather goods. Or maybe you have to learn it form a nother player this would promote player interaction. just a thought
