Northerot mining company looks for able bodied persons, to take part in mining operations.

I is recovering from bad bruisings. Has time solve problems. Methinks things over, I is changing things.


ore carriers 100 gold + food

tunnel and caravan guards 1 'ngot + food

miners: Journeeman or better pays 10 iron for protection by thems guards, you keep all else .

miners: little experience miners, makes same wages as carriers.

Makes bonuses for thems that do more work.

((2 hours real time))

Serf miners receive 50 gold per day but all food provided, as well as other benefits of serfdom.

Members of movement not need to bother apply.

Days of extra production will guarantee bonus.

I can nay go home last night
Ogres there, me comes home with loads iron. Me is dying for sure, eh? Ogre chase over by cross then down in cave just by Nort'rot gate. Me try hide, by going in cave, but nub, thems more ogres there. Me gonna resting now, me feeling kinda sick this morning and then nearly death twice, eh? Nub mining work 'til I is getting more guards.

Gigasha,

I'll try to find some guards. I'll be more careful in my selection this time. The only problem that I foresee is that most warriors expect greater pay than workers.

I myself will say it's pretty hard to take an ogre these days. It takes a lot of training and practice to do so..Umm..I dont know how well-paying mining and smithing is, but I can understand fighters expecting a descent pay for guarding. Gigasha..send me a letter and let me know when you will be going up there, or look for me in town, I can most likely make time.
