I have been informed that Konstantin is now captured and held prisoner.
I am happy about my task being complete before I got to it.

I hence ask thee, the capturer of the deadly worm, to turn the criminal over to The Black Emerald Order, since our kingdom had suffered from him the most. He will be executed there as he well deserves it.
His fingers will be cut off before his toes, and then his ears, eyes, arms, and legs.
Following our traditions, we will not behead his body.

As my messenger had told me, coming back from the castle, Konstantin used supernatural circumstances to escape his punishment.
This miserable person truly has an unfortunate ability to slide out of the hands of justice in the most miraculous ways. I have heard that he walked on water. This may mean that he had regained his terrible powers and is probably dangerous again.
I will continue my search.
