People that follow any god may come.
The Church service is once per week (or more or less, depends on interess), there will be prayed to all gods.

I think, that the people would learn to understand eachother better, if it would be possible like this.
Because, then all races meet and have conversation.

No offence, but how do you know that there would be more respect for each other and between the races? I never saw conflicts between to particular races upon this island. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the people who are unrespectful and do not care about the other races won't come to those church services as you call them.

And I don't see how this could work, that the follower of Sirani or Elare pray next to the followers of bone lord or cherga.

The bone lord isn't an evil god. He's just else than the others.
Every god plays a certain role in the history of our island,
even he.
And what's about Cherga?
She's important, otherwise all dead would stalk on the surface, because they can't get into the other world!

This church will only cause conflict

If you pray to evil, higher beings, then you pray to demons. Not to gods.
And could you please define, why this will bring trouble?

Cherga is not doing her job all this death I see around me and what happens they float to a cross and walk agin . Cherga has weakend them but not even close to bringing them to another place .
